So far, yes, I use VC 17 M since 2013 in the brackish water of the Elbe, I have strayed from self-eroding anti-fouling, after 2013, I had to remove several layers of old coatings. Since then, I prefer the wafer-thin VC 17m underwater paint and have so far no more growth than with the previously used self-destructive antifoulings. Because of bumps in the keel area, the surface is not smooth enough to handle a 0.75 liter can.

I have been using VC17m for many years. I'm on the Elbe and in the Wadden Sea on the way. I only had fouling problems once, when the ship lay still for more than 8 weeks. There had been smallpox. Otherwise a great product. Processing very easy due to fast drying cycles. Primer must be hardened VERY well. Too early editing leads to unpleasant blistering.
