Underwater repair

In the underwater area of my steel sound, drops of condensation were worked in between the 4th and 5th of 7 VC Tar2 coats. Clearly visible, as the rolling approaches were almost always the same. My mistake - too much temperature difference. Now VC17m completely off, bubbles opened, cleaned, filled, partially sanded, 1x VC Tar2 with a brush on the former bubbles, then 2x VC Tar2 completely rolled, 2x VC 17M rolled. As smooth as it should be.
