Lost or stolen brush

Unfortunately, I did not receive the brush that should have been included with the product.
The brush for your product 21319 Water-fed washing brush was either not included in your parcel, lost by UPS, or perhaps stolen by someone.
The parcel arrived completely torn open, as if someone had opened it to look at the contents.
For these reasons, in all honesty, I can only give it a 3-star rating, given that the product appears to be sturdy and functional, but is still missing the brush.
