They fail to mention what country code you will receive the device. I received one with a Dutch code to where I cannot register because I don't have a BSN number, and its not free of charge meaning an extra 300-400 euro fees for using my PLB if it was registered to somewhere else. The plb registration was offered after I bought the device, without any explanation and all offered UK registration. I decided that I can fill in a pdf form myself so I refused the service. In return I was shipped a PLB I cannot use and it costs me another 3-400 euros to register.
