Very nice cleats are for mooring for my 14 feet AD14 sailboat 2 at the stern and one at the bow. The advantage of these cleats is that no screws are visible on deck. Since the deck is only 6 mm marine plywood covered with glass fiber, a decent thick plate must be mounted below deck for the 8 mm screws and large shims. So these cleats will be well mounted on each boat and last forever.
