Unfortunately not usable

I've been looking for a rescue system that works without cartridges, etc. and can be easily hung on the stern. I was impressed by the compact size, because my boat has no large pushpit. Unfortunately, the bag does not even hold its own weight. The buckles are just cheap and unusable. The smallest load and straps slip out. I say the part stays with shaft or when it comes down to it and you have to quickly on the lifeline, not on the spot. I will send it back. Not recommendable.
