After a long search for a toilet seat made of real wood (the reviews often reveal that the "wood" does not extend beyond the decorative layer) I came across this one. I screwed it onto my toilet at home - the screws aren't included, but they're easy to get because you only need normal screws. It would be ideal (for home) if the seat were 1 or 2 cm longer, but it is actually intended for the boat... The quality is outstanding; When you unpack the typical scent of teak wood wafts around your nose; The mechanics are very simple and honest, and the use is comfortable. I enjoy this seat every day.
Not only looks good, but it can also be fitted well and individually with the enclosed material. Overall impression High-quality materials in top workmanship.
In contrast to the often wobbly toilet seats made of plaster a solid part, which also fits well. 150 € for a Klobrille? Well, it is now teak, and to great processing.
The quality is good and solid. Probably nothing breaks anymore. The seat is very easy to assemble. The distance between the brackets is flexible by moving it on a cross bar. For a small round toilet, the seat is a little big, but still suitable, ie the rubber pads still "meet" the ceramic, but the front wood protrudes a little (the seat is more oval shaped). The seat is not exactly a bargain, but you also pay a lot for a simple plastic lid.
