This Attwood fan is powerful and reasonably quiet. It performed extremely well over a year. SVB have been an excellent supplier.

The installation was uncomplicated, the performance was good and could easily be combined with the transition to a thinner hose with an HT sewer pipe

I am satisfied
Extremely quiet is an exaggeration, but sucks very well.

The TURBO 4000 was easy to install and connect and has been doing its job in my engine compartment really flawlessly ever since. The suction power is also really great. It only got the not quite full score because, contrary to the announcement, it makes a lot of "noise" (logical, it's a fan !!), but I can't say that it is "64% quieter than conventional fans" just say. But that doesn't bother me, because the V6 4,3 Mercruiser isn't exactly one of the "quiet" ones; o))

Efficient but VERY noisy

Unlike its predecessor, this fan is noticeably quieter but hasn't lost any performance.

I can recommend it.

Noise and suction power are fine.

At high or low voltage you can hear different
speeds. The fan must stand on rubber feet to dampen the
vibration noise. Otherwise the fan is good.

Quiet is different
Air flow rate is great, but unfortunately the fan is very loud, despite the rubber feet being installed

Quality engine compartment fan Turbo 4000 24V
Lasts significantly longer than the comparable cheap engine compartment fans that are available on the Internet.

The defective Attwood (19 years old) engine compartment fan was much better processed. You can't say that about the Turbo 4000. Certainly won't last that long. Example: Cable bushing without rubber bushing. Cable was only knotted. Safety risk in the engine compartment. Rubber grommet attached itself. Housing made of thinner plastic.

Quick delivery. It is specified in the documentation 64% less noisy, I am very surprised and disappointed because it covers the engine noise at 2000 laps. I could not return it because it was already mounted.

Sucks well but too loud
