Platinum no satellite images on my Simrad Plotter.

Bought the Platinum version extra, for e.g. satellite images on my Simrad NSS12.
Cannot see this with an "overlay".
Furthermore, the map is not always up to date.
Message sent about the extra functions of the Platinum version (satellite images) to SVB, no response received.
