Poor fastening

The two plastic parts for attaching to the pushpit are not reliable. They are supposed to hold 40kg in rough seas? The screws are too short for that. They cannot be mounted on a 25mm pipe. The strap fastener is not worthy of the name. So you have to mount additional clamps from your own stock and secure them with a separate tensioning strap if you want to keep your life raft.

Product evaluation follow-up incompatible with intended use

The product itself is good, but I pointed out the impossibility of mounting it on a balcony (as indicated in the description) due to the lack of fastenings (four fixings provided, suitable for flat mounting, 8 for balcony mounting). Contacted, SVB told me they were going to send me the four missing bindings and that I will only have to pay for the port. It was May 5th. We are on the 15th of June. No news. Product unusable therefore.
