Paint doesn't cover well.

Very satisfying hue however a little darker than I expected.

Before first opening the paint box, I first shook it thoroughly, then mechanically stir it again. After opening, I found that there was a skin on the surface of the paint, which I had mixed evenly by shaking it, causing severe problems with stroking (removing the pieces of skin). I assume that a color skin on a freshly supplied paint can is not natural and in my opinion indicates an overaged batch. I ask for consideration of this problem. Thank you R. Hendrischk

Dear Sir / Madam I was very satisfied with the order and the prompt delivery. Thank you! Unfortunately, I realized that the color supplied was probably outdated. In all containers there was a more or less thick skin on the surface. Despite careful complete removal and extensive stirring, small solid particles and streaks remained in the paint. By filtering through a fly net, the coarser particles could be removed. Nevertheless, the result of the painting remained unsatisfactory with additionally considerable loss of paint. Since I was under time pressure and in the short time could get no new color I had to paint with the damaged color. I am aware that the correct way would have been a complaint. Last week I had already written a similar mail. Presumably, this has not arrived because there was a slightly unclear error message when sending. I would be glad about a small compensation. In any case, you should check the batch for obsolescence. Attached again the data of the product. I still have a 750 ml container left which I could send back if desired.
