Perfect processing Warranty case

Received the wrong product!

Having received the wrong product, I had to buy it locally in Tahiti. I returned the incorrect product to SVB and am still waiting for the refund issue to be resolved, hopefully once you've picked up the package at German customs....
As for the product itself, adjustments are very difficult to make, as is often the case with Raymarine. The depth sounder is unresponsive; it announces the depth a little after passing over the obstacle.

Log sensor quality

The log sensor is of very average quality. It is not waterproof when the paddle wheel is retracted. The paddle wheel gets stuck quite often and you have to remove the probe for cleaning. It is not possible to turn it 180 to do so because of a notch. The lower seal is not tight and the upper seal must be replaced regularly. It is a seal specific to US measurements, the exact dimensions of which are not indicated anywhere. You cannot close the through-hull with a pin because of the notch.
