CAREFUL!!!

The diesel fuel filter included in this kit is NOT COMPATIBLE with the Volvo D1-30. It has a larger diameter, and the rubber gasket has a smaller diameter, so it cannot be screwed on. The rest of the kit is compatible. When I contacted SVB, they refused to replace it, insisting it was compatible despite my sending them photos.

Impeller does not fit on pump shaft

I found the spare parts kit very useful. But now the impeller needs replacing and it turns out that the hole doesn't fit, I would have had to force it onto the pump shaft. The result would be that it can't be removed at all. There are also rough spots on the rubber flanks on one side from production, which could be grinding down the pump housing. Conclusion: I took it apart again and bought an original Volvo Penta.
This is not an isolated case, the same kit from a skipper I know is exactly the same. Conclusion: I won't buy it again and SVB should check it out.
