Product is basically ok, unfortunately completely yellowed, as if it had been left in the blazing sun for a season in the packaging. If yellowing were uniform, it would probably still be acceptable, but under the sticker on the transparent bag the bag is still snow white! Unfortunately, after 5 working days, there was still no response to my request as to whether defect-free goods could be delivered.
I was used to better service at SVB.

Unreliable delivery

Watch out, watch out, watch out! SVB is cold after a delivery problem. An item was missing from the delivery. Instead of solving the problem, there were no more reactions to my complaint emails and no promised callback on my phone.
