The material was opened by German customs and quickly put back in the box. Upon receipt, the Quick box was not closed. Only the protective box was properly closed.
Problem: the protective box was much larger than that of the windlass. The protections to recover the play between the 2 boxes were only partially replaced.
Upon arrival, the windlass was no longer in the protective polystyrene of the Quick box, the protective polystyrene being broken in different places upon receipt of the package.
Otherwise, nothing to complain about the work of SVB who sent the package quickly, it's a shame that customs also blocked the package for almost 10 days and that the repacking was so poorly done.

With this anchor winch, you can't manually raise the anchor with the winch if the electrical system fails... it's a lot of fun hauling a 25kg anchor plus 25kg chain from 10 meters of water, especially if the anchor is still firmly planted in the bottom and you're sailing solo...

The winch motor was already completely rusted on the inside when it was delivered. After a few months, the motor stopped working. The inside is completely rusted, the springs for the carbon brushes had already disintegrated. The rust pattern is not compatible with the installation position. Therefore, the motor must have been damaged during storage. I have been waiting for a replacement for months...
