First-class service at SVB
I can't say much about the life raft itself, as I haven't used it yet. I'm pleased with its relatively light weight. It's mounted on the outside of the stern rail of my 2024 Bavaria 37 Cruiser and it's holding up well.

I initially ordered the wrong life raft, and SVB was incredibly accommodating with the exchange. Five stars for that!
