Incompetence

I ordered 130 cm of this size 1 bar considering that there are 8 cm between one hole and the other so for a correct cut I would have expected that 1 cm would be left from the ends considering 16 total holes (16 x 8 128) instead I received a bar with a hole halfway on the end
