Cleat was sold with size 135mm (also in order and invoice); but is only 125mm tall. on the complaint, a credit was promised, but not created. Too bad Bad service no further shopping!

I ordered this cleat on the faith of the description, namely: length 135 mm. Or at the reception its actual length is only 125 mm! Look for the mistake. I renounced to reship the product, for lack of time, and also because 10 mm less does not prevent its use, but I think I was deceived on the goods; hence my dissatisfaction. It's a shame because your site seems serious and my confidence is diminished. I hope that my testimony will be traced back to whoever .ChandianlyJean-Pierre Pepke
