After 4 years my AGM 2 volt 24 volt cells started to weaken. With 80% voltage loss to 23.5 volts. I ordered the refresher as a test. After 3 weeks it got better. Now the batteries hold the voltage again. (6 weeks). Also works when charged with solar. Important: charging voltage over 26 volts. I would install it directly with AGM batteries.

By accident, I found that my rear battery (fridge, a few fans and now and then the stern thruster) significantly loses capacity.
