Useful for not having the safety line hooked in any way. But it is almost impossible for the end to remain rolled as in the photo. Some slight locking system that prevents free spin would be useful.
The role corresponded to our ideas for use in the life collar. Was mounted on the pushpit, but with a smaller diameter than the manufacturer specifies. We have put rubber under the plastic clamp so that everything stays in place! The technical information should also be given as to how much line of the selected diameter fits on the reel! In addition, we have sewn a protective bag with Velcro for UV protection of the leash! Also recognized many sailors! Gap in the market?
Where on the little boat with the anchor line? I have uncomplicated this roller mounted on the rail, attached on the side a small cleat against unintentional rolling and .... A great solution! I am very pleased! No more curling!
Good design but female threaded receptacle for the screws are very weak and half of them broke off when tightening , which made disasembly impossible , when I wanted to change the location of the réel. Not sure where the product is made , but it is certainly not matching the expected German quality
Unfortunately, when we were assembling the roller, the small plastic nose where the screws screw in broke on half of the screws. and not even when the screws are tightened strongly. Unfortunately, the sentence “After tight, comes close, comes off” is not true here, rather “After loose, comes off.”
I can't judge whether this happens so quickly with the black model.
