An error in the packaging of these 2 items meant that I received 35mm2 lugs piercing at 10mm instead of lugs of 35mm2 drilling at 6mm. What I regret the most is that after you have pointed out it, you offered me as a commercial one to give me some free of charge; I received the new lugs compliant this time to my order but you charged me these products !!!!! A gesture that may make you lose a loyal customer forever!
