The toilet was handed over to me in parts at the goods issue in spite of demand for the packaging, I was told \ r \ nthe toilets would always be issued. There were several missing \ r \ nsmall parts of the toilet lid was badly damaged. Installation instruction \ r It was a disaster especially since I had to deal with all the items to the island of Langeoog. Since I think I've left a lot of money with SVB, I wonder if you do not even look elsewhere .this delivery was not a good advertisement for SVB.
