Not suggested for use on propellers in sandy waters, in particular during or after rough weather.
Sail area Eastmed, Black Sea, Marmara. Bought while ago a jar of this grease, applied with a paint brush over the clean blades and hub of the propeller and found completely removed after rather short use of the propeller at 2600 RPM-. The coat on propeller was like sandblasted and later on the barnacles appeared building on. Could only conclude that the grease coat disappeared due to high friction with sandy waters. Purchased now a spray of similar grease to apply on seacocks and the small piece of visible rudder stock, where less friction supposed, hoping in better effect..

Will never use it again

Bought 2 packs. Product consistency is like thick grease. Easy to apply on clean propellers at 20c. When applying I was struggling hard in my head "how it will stick and stay on the props once running the engines" . Result didn't last 1 week on my stainless propelers for motor boat It will be efficient it you stay moored in the harbour, or possibly efficient for sailing boat running 1.000 rpm. But with my experience this product is not made to run props at 3.000 rpm the product goes off. Last totally impossible to apply the product underwater.
