Defective product and poor service

I received a defective product. The compass window was installed crookedly, and the binoculars were unusable.
I sent them back, requesting a replacement.
SVB received my package, but they havent sent the new binoculars and arent responding to my emails.

Only a few uses, and unusable compass and light.
Completely crooked compass now hindering the optics. No pleasure of use.
I prefer to buy more.

Whoever buys cheap, buys twice!

I wanted to use the glass on an inland lake in Bavaria. The optics themselves are acceptable BUT the compass "lies" by over 5 degrees, checked from landmark to landmark, with no jarring and no magnetic material nearby. Other bearing compasses show the correct value at the same location. In the optics on the left you can see two large black blobs, the image is distorted in the immediate vicinity of them. My conclusion The binoculars are cheap, but still not worth the money.

Damaged Binoculars

I received the Binoculars in its box, but the box was damaged, looked like it was squashed. It was only recently when I went to finally use them I noticed the Binoculars themselves were damaged also. The eyeglass doesn\'t line up to form one clear view, instead I see through double vision. Would it be possible for the company to replace these for another.. I will be in La Linea Marina in Gibraltar by the end of this week.
