This varnish's reputation in the nautical world speaks for itself. As a shipwright, I've had the opportunity to use it often and have always achieved excellent results. I recently refinished the swim platform of my boat (now retired), and the result is just as impressive. I usually apply it with a spray gun, but given the limited space and the fact that it was done indoors, I varnished it with a small roller and a foam brush for the hard-to-reach interior areas. The result is more than acceptable, especially for an exterior swim platform. For added durability, I applied six coats (for long-lasting results). A product you can buy without hesitation.

I've tried a few products. I tried painting the boat oil paint from LE TONKINOIS on the knob of my flagstick (several times) to test it before painting larger areas with it. Now it has been exposed to all kinds of weather (and above all the UV radiation in the Mediterranean) for 1.5 years. It still looks like new paint and shines like the first day. Now it's the turn of the larger areas - good things take time.
In any case, I am convinced of this product in the outdoor area.
