Stable parasol holder
I ordered the parasol holder after a temporary solution (old winch handle with clamp) proved to be too wobbly. The parasol holder from Petersen is absolutely stable and holds standard parasols securely.

Product according to its description, seems quite robust. It only needs a little sun to use with a parasol.

Good price and quick handling!
We saw this sunshade holder on some boats this summer and it looked great. It has been used now and we are more than satisfied. Another product you did not know you needed!

Class the little well-made thing. \ R \ nOnly the parasol extension does not fit in, but the 1st shield tube does.

Umbrella holder by Niropetersen super, but the umbrella itself works too easy in a little wind.

foot clamping
the tightening of the foot is not like that of a friend. less durable I think, because of plastic material.

Umbrella holder wobbles a bit in the winch
The umbrella holder wobbles a bit in the winch. The upper part is made of plastic. Doesn't make the best impression here. Is also and not black. Seems very cheap. I expected better quality for the price.

Good product, if the winch in height and location is right. The eternal lash with Zeisingen (do not hold anyway) is eliminated. You just put the holder in the winch handle and you can use the screen. Unfortunately, the bushing is only intended for umbrella size d = 25 mm, a more flexible adjustment size of 25 to 35 mm would be more advantageous.

Just looks solid
When you see a picture of this parasol holder, you think it's made of sturdy stainless steel. But that only applies to the lower bracket. The upper part, which has to absorb the parasol's forces when it is windy, is made of plastic with a VERY thin metal insert. The screw handle with the clamp is also only made of plastic. I bought a stainless steel hose clamp and put it around the top edge to stabilize the whole thing. For the fact that the part is from Petersen and costs 70 euros, I'm not very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, I saw too late that there is also an alternative that can also be attached to the railing. I'm curious how long this piece will last. Even when there is very little wind, I prefer to dismantle the not very large umbrella.
