The good gas stove.

I received the kitchen quickly and it arrived very well packaged. Quality stainless steel, the oven is large and includes two trays and a grill. The upper burners are powerful and the electric ignition is amazing. Installation is simple (like all kitchens). My boat is a 32-footer from 1981 and the galley has greatly improved the interior appearance and has added comfort to the boat. 100% recommendable.

Our original model mounted by BAVARIA is similar in size. Over time we saw a slow degradation of the product. The brass burners have worn out and eventually no longer carried properly on the support. This resulted in a loss of yield and the blackening of pans due to imperfect combustion. Then over time we noticed that the big fire tended to go out randomly. Today the thermocouple no longer works and only one light can be used.
Of course, there are spare parts. But the pan-holder grid was decarburized by poor combustion. It would have to be changed in the same way with the pipes of the burners on which the brass parts rest. In the end, all the spare parts needed represent 50% of the new price and still without the grill!!! In addition, there is no certainty of being able to disassemble and reassemble the gas stove with the guarantee of safe operation. Hence a pure and simple replacement. The first lasted 20 years. We'll see for the second. We note that the burner system is no longer made in the same way. Let's just hope it ages better. I noticed that the transport cost is quite different from what SVB had accustomed us to. It's the bad surprise. It remains to receive the package and install it. With identical dimensions, this should be done without problem. Maybe you just have to buy the connection fitting to do it.

Although we have its predecessor (without the ignition) the Techimpex has proven to be a very well built stove oven.

I replaced the old Optimus. The same dimensions and there was no need to change the installation. Good quality, except for the screw cap of the battery, which for some reason had too big a diameter in the cap. Gluing took care of it.

Perfect, fast delivery and works perfectly

Detailed design, - there is even a comfortable adjustment possibility with which one can move the suspension point of the gimbal to a certain extent. Unfortunately, this setting is not 100% fixed which in practice but probably not a problem (the test with more Seegang still stands out) Everything from stainless steel in very high-quality processing, so I have reasoned hope that this model lasts longer than the predecessor

In the Internet, the brand Techimpex did not have good reviews, which I can not understand so far. The stove is OK. I bought it because of the large stove, since the traditional French brands only supply small ovens. A bit expensive but makes a good impression. When the grill is switched on, the oven door remains open, which is missing in the German manual, which is somewhat deficient. The original operating instructions are somewhat opaque. I use a pizza oven in the oven to spread the heat a little better. The hearth is good, and with the stove we must still make our way.

I live on my sailboat seven months a year and cook a lot (and well, it is said). The stove is great, easy to regulate and clean. And he looks very professional. To consider, however, is the choice of pot size, if you want to use all three flames at the same time - the space is naturally just as large as the two-burner stove. A weak point is the oven door arrester He is bent so that it acts like a spring, and punched out that the punched hole holds behind a hook. In the hole punching remains in sheet but only 2 x 1mm material stand - a breaking point !! My oven door arrester just survived the warranty period, no, let's face it three seasons.

The stove looks good and works well. A slightly cheaper model from this manufacturer was also installed in the Bavaria Cruiser series, so it was easy to replace. But the workmanship of the stove could be improved in some places.
The operating instructions are in the oven under the cover plate of the burner, it's hard to get them out without tearing them up, and if you overlook the paper, the oven will catch fire.

We chose the TechIMpex DELUXE because we love to bake fresh bread. The DELUXE has one of the largest baking rooms. We had chosen the 2 plate version because the old 3 burner stove couldn't be operated with 3 pots anyway. As a 2 plate version, the division of the flames was not so clever. The 2 plate version is very helpful here. Unfortunately, both burners tend to have no steam. The small burner can be used to keep things warm. The large burner always needs several minutes for 1 liter of water until the water boils. The oven cannot be used. After baking for 90 minutes, bread is still not doughy inside, even at full speed. Possibly The lack of performance lies at 0.4 bar. However, we did not want to increase the pressure ourselves, as this is explicitly forbidden. We are therefore currently thinking about a competitive model. So far quite satisfied with Techimpex. However, the current model is not really useful.

After installing the gas stove, we found that the burner on the right does not work. So remove the gas stove again, go to SVB (luckily I live in Bremen), swap the gas stove and have the specialist install it again with renewed gas consumption. SVB contributed to the resulting additional costs, the assessment relates to the gas stove. Positive The gas stove has the same dimensions as the old Techimpex from 1995. Only the suspension had to be set a little higher. Negative A burner was broken on the first gas stove. The grate is no longer attached as in the old oven, but screwed with smooth screws. The thread on these screws is sometimes bad and therefore difficult to loosen. If you remove the grille to clean the surface, M12 threads remain at the corners with a recess across the thread (6mm for the grille). The corners of these threads are razor-sharp at the recess and have already led to injuries. The handle on the oven is sharp-edged.
