After a thorough check, it was found that the feeler pin was more than 1 cm too high so that the gas flame could never heat it up properly. Terrible after-sales service

The product is ok, but expensive. On the other hand, spare parts are extremely expensive and Eno's service is dismal. I asked for an estimate to SVB, that announced to me a delay of 8 week (SVB is not there for nothing, it is the service of Eno which is a cause.) By contacting the service of ENO directly, by phone, I was asked to send an order by email. A week later, no answer. I remember and I am told "indeed, your order is on my desk but I have not yet had the time to treat it".)
