Unacceptable product quality

I used this product with a roller with ease but the new quality received is no longer acceptable increase in the filler content, modification of the solvent (to compensate for the viscosity?) result, the solvent evaporates too quickly and the product is viscous, forming threads and the skin despite standard application conditions. Plus, the color changed with the formula change! What misery. Claim in progress.
