I had already tested the wheel at the BOOT in Düsseldorf and ordered for my wife and me. After 2 months of delivery (but was announced) the wheels arrived yesterday. I can only say - the wait was worth it! The wheels were pre-assembled: screws checked, batteries charged, air pumped on the tires and the tour started. I went with my wife about 25km on the road and the batteries showed no weakness. On the battery display were still all 3 LEDs. Also my initial concerns that the wheels are too small are completely disguised. I am 1.92m tall, weighs 103kg and the adjustment possibilities of the saddle and the handlebar drive the wheels like normal touring bikes. At the weekend we are with our mobile on the road and we will then again extensively test. Unfortunately the pack bags are not yet delivered.

Can a German dealer do this better?

When I order a product on the Internet, I assume that the retailer will answer a question asked after 24 hours about delivery BEFORE delivery. Response to NONE. The idea is brilliant, the implementation is not. Apart from the fact that something is going wrong in the quality control or the conception (the numbers of the gear shift are upside down, the cover is missing in the bottom bracket on the left) the description is somehow strange. It may well be that transportable lighting now also complies with the StVO, but a hardware store sparkle at the front? And where is the power supply for the rear light? Not in my manual! And doesn't tightening screws also include torque? A German dealer can do better than that! As I said, the idea and the look are great.
