I used it to mend an L-crack about 250x150 mm on the clew of the mainsail.
In addition to a sack stitch seam, I also attached a double zigzag seam around the outside. This also withstands the heaviest loads (tested up to 35-38 kts).
I used it to reinforce the leech in thin places on the headsail, it holds!
I can recommend the material!

It doesn't stick!!!
I bought this product about a year ago.

Now that I have a small tear in my Dacron sail, I wanted to glue this patch on as described.

It doesn't stick at all!!! Dacron requires special adhesive!!! It's a shame this isn't mentioned here. I'm very disappointed!!!
