I chose this antenna because it has a longer thread than the wire antenna. This makes it possible to mount an RA138 rubber grommet in addition to the flat washer, star washer and nut, improving waterproofing and maintaining disassembly for winter storage. Be careful before ordering the nut and washers are not supplied with, as they are special dimensions I am obliged to reorder and I will waste time. Otherwise the rest is good.

The antenna does not come with nut and washer to mount. You have to buy the 'Replacement Mounting Material' separately at €10.12. Calling it replacement material is deceiving when it is not supplied in the first place. .
