The cable routing does not correspond at all to the older 40 series models. The instructions given in the assembly instructions are actually impractical, as assembly would not be possible with them (there is no cable loop for assembling the connector). I improvised and finally got everything installed - now it lights up and hopefully brings the hoped-for amperage savings.

The light of the lantern is really good, but the lantern is only clipped into the holder and does not necessarily look stable, ... I can be wrong.

During the installation I already had the feeling that the clip assembly of the lantern in the bracket is a bit weak. In the case of a patent neck this summer and a rough tree turning, the lantern jumped out of its holder. Miraculously, she landed on the deck and lay there. The manufacturer Aqua Signal could not and would not help me with a better fastening, now the lamp is fastened with cable ties. Holds, but looks ugly.

The light came apart after a storm (at the port). The plastic plate remained on the bracket, and the light ended up in the water.
I'm not the first person to have this happen, according to the reviews.

I also have the port and starboard lights that no longer light up after only 3 years of use.

At the price of these LED lights, there's reason to be unhappy.

I'm going to go back to the standard bulb lights and install LED bulbs that I can replace. It's pointless spending €200 on such poor-quality lights.

This AQUA SIGNAL Series LED Steaming light causes dangerous Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI) causing lost VHF signal. In order to receive a VHF transmission or transmit a VHF transmission one must turn off the Steaming Light as the interference makes transmissionreception illegible and inaudible.
This light is designed and sold as a mast head or mast mounted light fixture. However because of the poor design of this light with lack of adequate insulation to reduce or eliminate EMI and the proximity of the Aqua Signal light to the VHF antenna cable actually causes dangerous reception interference and lost signal. Not fit for purpose.

the light looks good, but it fell from housing in the mast in rough weather and broke. next light was reinforced with tape and glue to same housing
