Dusty fire packaging dented occasion

I never had any complaints about my svb orders. This time the piece looks more like a used piece. I am thinking of customer feedback (the customer must have tried to mount it in a very dusty environment). For me it was not resale in new but in occasion. I would not have taken the product if it was in store.

Bayonet closure doesn't work

Upon receipt, I could not close the bayonet between glass and ground. O-ring is too hard and can not be deformed. As a result, the Bayonettverschluss can not lock.
