Try ordering a snap fastener.
If a snap fastener is missing, it's a serious problem. I couldn't find a suitable snap fastener online. SVB can't order such a replacement part. The pleated blinds aren't cheap. Don't expect any support from the supplier. The only option is to order a new one. What a shame!
