The heating works and heats up vigorously, unfortunately it does not go out if you unscrew the wick completely. It just continues to burn on a low flame. The instructions for use state that after about 5 min. should go out. She doesn't do that with me, she just continues to burn and can only be smothered by covering the flame. Blow out is not possible.

Good price-performance ratio. However, at the beginning there is a strong odor nuisance from unburned petroleum, which in our experience cannot be prevented. Even with very little wind, the optimal combustion temperature cannot be achieved outside the boat, but only in a wind-protected room (i.e. in the boat !!!). The heat output can hardly be regulated. In an 8.20 m long boat, temperatures of 30 ° C can easily be reached with outside temperatures of only 6 degrees C.

The stove served me well in the hut at the Christmas market. It is awesome that you can also heat water on it. I find the smell of the combustion a bit annoying.
