Very bad processing

The product is used on board a sailing yacht. I like the color best. Quality and workmanship leave a lot to be desired. The buttons sewn through the seat are not buttons, but tufts of thread and after a few moments they fall apart.
Will complain.

I am not satisfied with the seat cushions, the quality is nowhere near that of our old seat cushions from another manufacturer. After only 2 weeks the first quilting buttons ripped off and in some places the fabric is showing the first signs of wear. We will complain about the pillows.
