In the scope of delivery of this sink drain there is no screw for the thread integrated there !!! What's this? How should the customer know what kind of screw to use, because there is no information about the necessity of a screw and if a screw, then no required information about - thread type - thread diameter - type and dimensions of the screw head - screw length This is an absolute defect from the manufacturer Bavaria and from the distributor SVB. When I ask SVB, I am even told that no screw is required. Then why the brass thread in the sink drain? So once clear sink drain item no. 20674 Model No. 300344_BH must be combined with the drain valve, item no. 19459 model no. 300345_BH can be connected with a screw that is not included in the scope of delivery. And the customer doesn't know which screw to use! So here common sense and ignorance of Bavaria (experienced manufacturer) and SVB (experienced sales) meet to the detriment of the customer. Luckily I still have a screw from my defective sink drain. And for that I paid about 20.00 € for express delivery and I can't connect the parts without this screw. What madness !!!
