Product broken upon receipt.

Product connected as described in the manual but it is never switched on. Back to after-sales service and no news from the part for over a month. They just told me what went back to the manufacturer. I think they could have sent me a new part from the start under the guarantee. Now I'm going to ask for a refund because the case has been going on for too long for a simple programmable thermostat.

Sincerely but disappointed
