Switch destroyed during installation

An 8mm connection screw has been loosened when screwed on. After that, the switch had a loose connection. and was useless. Even tightening the screw without a nut did not solve the problem. After placing the cable clamp and tightening the nut, the loose contact was still to be determined. I had not used any force in turning the nuts. I will have to look for another product now.
