Laut Hersteller, ist das Lösemittel 2093 als Vorstufe unentbehrlich - nicht nur um das PVC zu reinigen, sondern auch um es weich, sogar schleimig zu machen. Insofern ist es kaum verständlich, warum dieses Lösemittel nicht zusammen mit dem Klebstoff verkauft wird - und bei SVB gar nicht im Sortiment ist.
Nach Rat von SVB, habe ich versucht mit Spiritus zu grundieren bei einer kleinen Fender-Reparatur - ohne Erfolg. Falls es zu einer Beiboot-Reparatur kommen soll, habe ich nur wenig Hoffnung, dass dies klappt. Schade - denn das Zeug war teuer und wurde mir proaktiv vom SVB-Mitarbeiter empfohlen als ich mein Dinghy gekauft habe.
