Horrible service from Amec

Horrible service from Amec. Clearly my GPS antenna was delivered broken straight out of the box as it never preformed. Following 10s of emails, giving them logs, screen shots etc they keep asking for same tests to waste time and I am still where I started. Poorest customer service ever. Will not recommend to anyone
