Rather cumbersome operation, product defective after a few weeks

The headline actually says it all. I find the operation partly quite strange, many menus, everything is hidden somewhere. German translations are sometimes at the level of a cheap China product. You could live with it, but to make matters worse, the device is defective after a short period of use (it can no longer be switched on), SVB cannot test the device and has sent it to the manufacturer. I haven't had a plotter in weeks - just now in summer - and I don't know how long it will take. Very disappointed. Apparently, it justifiably costs half of the competition's devices.
