This Raymarine chartplotter is easy and intuitive to use. Easy to read and reliable in function. All important options available. Thanks to the perfect help from SVB, I was able to get my new plotter very quickly.

Efficient, intuitive and very complete. The miles traveled will allow you to better understand these capacities. Easy to mount and connect. Too bad the connectors and HUB are not provided.

I am very satisfied with the device and its function. Unfortunately for an axiom novice, the operation takes some getting used to, but here the Raymarine service helps outstandingly. It is a pity that the update app for the Navionics maps cannot be installed on the device, the device must be removed to update the maps, here the apps should probably be improved. Unfortunately, annoying beeps can be heard while driving the route, when approaching a waypoint, can be annoying at many waypoints, and can probably not be switched off. All in all, a beautiful device that has yet to be fully discovered.

After technical problems with the newly supplied chartplotter (on-off slider did not work properly) and return of the device, I got from SVB unproblematically and quickly a replacement device. This works fine. Many thanks to Mr. Willenbruch for the good service.

Poor quality of picture , I expect much more from new unit , Navionics maps are much more user friendly on my iPad Pro than on Axiom 9 , unclear instructions for installation on Raymarine web , I cant understand that need one more wire ( A06045 ) which not included in the box to connect item to my Seatalk NG net

I am listing the problems I had with this product here.
- Plotter suddenly won't start and freezes. Had to send in two different devices of the same type.
- Device freezes and has to be restarted.
- Device suddenly reboots.
- Unsuitable for outdoor use, touch lock switched on but not locked.
- Device triggers Mob when used outdoors, and does so several times. Had to switch it off and leave it switched off.

Conclusion Raymarine used to be really good. But now it's just not anymore. I will replace my devices with something that works. Raymarine is no longer an option for me.

I received a different product by mistake. Instead of an Axiom 9, I received an Axion 9 RV.
I have been trying to clarify this matter with the consultant for a month. Unfortunately, without success. the consultant does not distinguish between these two models. And I care about the model I ordered. So on the Axiom 9 model.
