A portion of the pipe was damaged by crushing in two places.
It must be said that originally in my Bavaria the pipe is in one piece from the boiler to the square, i.e. approximately 8 m passing through multiple boxes. The most damaged is in the aft peak where the boiler is accessible from the starboard aft cabin. Each time we need to access the peak for maintenance of the boiler or the steering system, we crush the pipe. With these sleeves I will therefore provide a removable section which will be removed each time access is necessary in the peak. I will also replace the other torn part which is repaired with gray tape. Of course I also stocked up with 5M of new 90mm Webasto pipe. I will have a good bunch left for possible future needs if necessary. There's more to do.
