Für meinen Zweck nicht tauglich

Ich habe die Inspektionsklappe in meinen Trinkwassertank eingesetzt, um eine Reinigung von innen zu ermöglichen. Leider ist der Deckel nicht dicht. Wenn der Trinkwassertank gut gefüllt ist, kann bei Rollbewegungen des Bootes eine erhebliche Menge Wasser durch die Deckeldichtung dringen. Bei einer telefonischen Reklamation wurde mir gesagt, dafür sei der Deckel auch nicht geeignet, weil er lediglich zwei Punkte aufweist, wo der Deckel mechanisch unter den Einbauflansch greift - es müssten mindestens drei sein, wenn der Deckel von innen dichten soll.
Diese Einschränkung wird in der Produktbeschreibung m. E. nicht deutlich - ich habe den Deckel so eingesetzt wie beschrieben, nämlich als Inspektionsöffnung.
