Pump L 650 Duo of Duschwasserlenzsystems delayed already in the second season when switching off and then spoke at all no longer. (Defective) With a replacement order revealed that described in the catalog Erstzpumpe "L550 Duo" does not fit !! Hope now for replacement / warranty, which Johnson guarantees for 3 years! It is impossible to evaluate anything, when the product has not been received. My last two purchases took a month to get to Barcelona. I am currently waiting, for almost three weeks, to send a submersible pump. Yesterday I sent a claim, after calling DHL, that as usual, they have no idea of anything. SVB, know the bad management that DHL does with your shipments?
