leider war die erste Pumpe sehr schnell defekt, die Schrauben aus der Abdeckung ausgerissen waren, ich hoffe, dass wir diese Pumpe nicht auseinander nehmen müssen, und somit die Schrauben nicht bewegen müssen.
Das Pumpverhalten ist sehr gut und der Umschalter ist einfach zu bedienen.

Die Pume ist, wie auch die original verbaute
aus sehr billigem Kunststoff gefertigt.
Einmal auseinander zum fetten etc. Ist sie kaum noch weider zu montieren. Die Stutzen für die
Madenschrauben werden bei der Mintage im Werk bereits überbeansprucht, sodass sie kein
weiteres Mal halten.

I've had my fourth pump since 2023. Despite oiling and pumping very carefully, after about two months a small crack appeared on the top cover, and fresh water sprayed out of the crack. Then the toilet had to be mopped. What am I doing wrong?

Not recommended for this toilet. I bought it three years ago. The pump leaked from day one. I immediately installed a new seal. It's impossible to get the pump to seal properly. The closing lever broke off after a short time. Since I'm abroad, I didn't replace it; it would have been too expensive. I made my own pump seal, which at least provided a temporary seal.

Service and delivery were excellent. Friendly service on the phone. The company is okay, but unfortunately (only in this case) the product is not.

Note from SVB: Due to a change in the supplier of the injection-molded plastic parts, the quality/strength of the plastic parts has improved since the beginning of 2011.
