Process and service

To stabilize the frame of the tarpaulin on our Inter 7700, I ordered a meter-long aluminum tube, which I sawed through and attached to the port and starboard sides, of course with end caps etc. That works too. The service deserves special mention. The part was ordered but had not arrived on the specified date. So I called the service department, they promised to send a new item and it was delivered promptly. The first order also arrived in the meantime. Have processed the 22mm and 20mm tube, it can be processed very well (cut, bend and weld). The tube was wrapped in foil when it was delivered and was therefore scratch-free. The wall thickness is 1.5mm, was not previously in the product description, but I was informed at short notice by phone.

I bought a 25mm diameter stainless steel tube. The bent pulpit is repaired with it. I trimmed the tube myself. The welding is still being carried out by a stainless steel locksmith shop based in Braunschweig. On a positive note, SVB also supplied a 0.5m piece.
