Good product, poor shipping service
We ordered two Tenax buttons (top and bottom).

The four parts fit in a padded envelope. Instead, a cardboard box (shoebox size) was used, and the shipping costs were charged accordingly. It could have been sent as a small parcel via DHL.

And this in this day and age—at everyone's expense! Shipping and packaging could be done better.

The product itself is well-known and very good.
